Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want billing to be honest and predictable. The one-month or one-year membership term and price are shown at checkout before you pay, and every purchase is a one-time charge. This page explains exactly what is refundable, when membership access ends, your statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights, and how to reach us before raising a dispute.
Failed generations are refunded automatically in Credits. Card and crypto memberships cover the selected one-month or one-year paid term and do not renew automatically. No future recurring charge needs cancellation; access ends when the paid term ends unless you purchase another term. Credits you've already spent on a completed generation are non-refundable. Unused top-up packs can be refunded within 14 days. Talk to us first — we fix billing problems fast.
1.Generations & Credits
Credits are digital credits used to produce content on demand. Because a successful generation is delivered to you immediately and consumes real compute, Credits spent on a completed generation are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged back into currency, except as set out below for unused packs.
2.Failed or faulty generations
If a generation fails for a technical reason in the service — a timeout, a submission error, or a network failure — the Credits for that job are automatically refunded to your balance. You do not need to ask. If you believe a charge for a failed job was not reversed, contact billing@generateporn.ai with the job details and we will correct it.
3.Policy-blocked generations
If a request is blocked by our safety filters or refused by the generation system for breaching our Acceptable Use Policy, no successful output is produced. Where the request is rejected before compute is spent, no Credits are charged. Where the request is refused after processing begins, the Credits are not refunded, because the attempt consumed generation resources. Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content may lead to suspension without refund.
4.Unused top-up packs
If you purchased a top-up pack of Credits and have not spent any of it, you may request a refund of that pack within 14 days of purchase by emailing billing@generateporn.ai. Once any Credits from a pack have been spent, that pack is no longer eligible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
5.Memberships & fixed terms
Starter and MAX memberships are one-time purchases for the selected one-month or one-year paid term, whether paid by card or cryptocurrency. They do not renew automatically. This means:
- You are charged once — nothing is billed again unless you actively buy another term.
- No future recurring charge needs cancellation. Access continues through the paid term and then ends unless you purchase another term.
- Because access continues for the full term you paid for, membership fees are generally non-refundable once the term has started, except where required by law (see §6) or where we are unable to provide the service.
- If we materially reduce a plan's core benefits during your paid term, contact us and we will make it right (pro-rata credit or refund).
6.EU / UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase, generally within 14 days. How that right applies can differ between digital content and digital services and may depend on whether you asked for supply to begin immediately and gave any consent or acknowledgement required by law. We will not treat a right as waived unless applicable law permits it and the required steps were completed. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights where the service is faulty, not supplied, or not as described.
7.Crypto & method-specific notes
Cryptocurrency payments settle on public blockchains and are irreversible once confirmed. Where a refund is due on a crypto purchase, we refund the equivalent value to your originating wallet (or, at our discretion, as Credits), net of network fees and using the exchange rate at the time of refund.
8.Billing problems & chargebacks
If you don't recognise a charge or something went wrong, email billing@generateporn.ai before opening a dispute with your bank or wallet service. We respond quickly and resolve genuine billing errors directly — that's almost always faster than a chargeback. Filing a fraudulent chargeback on a service you used may result in account termination and forfeiture of remaining Credits.
Your statement or wallet history shows a discreet billing descriptor, displayed at checkout, so charges are recognisable without revealing the nature of the service.
